Ridebis Roadshow (WA) Pty Limited provides roadshow event management, exhibition and display logistics, regional community activations, event strategy and planning, venue and council liaison, and display design and branding services across Western Australia. Service availability, specifications, and timelines are subject to venue availability, seasonal conditions, and production capacity.
All roadshow and event services are delivered in compliance with applicable Western Australian event legislation, local government regulations, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Content relating to our services is general in nature.
All service proposals and quotes are provided on a project-specific basis and are subject to acceptance by Ridebis Roadshow. A formal proposal or quote does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a written service agreement.
Cancellation of a roadshow or event engagement must be provided in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Ridebis Roadshow reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government directives, or venue unavailability. In such cases, we will work with the Client to reschedule or, where rescheduling is not possible, provide a credit note or refund less any non-recoverable costs.
All intellectual property rights in the content of the Site — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and software — are owned by or licensed to Ridebis Roadshow (WA) Pty Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as permitted herein.
In respect of client-specific event designs, display concepts, and branding materials created during an engagement, ownership and licence terms will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Where our services are supplied to a consumer under the ACL, you may have consumer guarantees including that services are rendered with due care and skill, are fit for the disclosed purpose, and are supplied within a reasonable time.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited (at our election) to:
Ridebis Roadshow (WA) Pty Limited holds public liability insurance and complies with all applicable workplace health and safety legislation in Western Australia, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 (WA) and the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA).
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own personnel and representatives present at event sites comply with all applicable safety directions provided by Ridebis Roadshow staff, venue operators, or regulatory authorities.

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with a service engagement, and to use such information only for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 3 years and does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known other than through breach of this clause.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in clause 6. Upon termination:

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia (and any relevant appellate courts) for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
